How does the digital image recovery service work?

You send us your flash or digital camera memory card.

We clean your card and extract your images.

$24.95 per card for Image recovery service (up to 1 GB)

This price includes 1-2 CD-Rom’s delivered in US.

Additional charges will apply to larger capacity cards. Please CONTACT US  for pricing.

There is $0.00 charge for no recovery (but a $15.00 shipping, handling & analysis fee does apply).

Afraid that your digital memory card has lost some valuable data, pictures or video ?  Relax.  We can help.  We are usually able to recover images that have been deleted and can even recover images from cards that have been re-formatted or suffered smoke/water damage.

 The recovered files that may be damaged or deleted and send you back the picture/video files on a CD-Rom. The process is fast & smooth.

Can I recover images myself, from software available on the internet?

Possibly, but why risk it with your important images? Professional Video Services use the most powerful software available. We have recovered thousands of images from damaged cards. Trust your important images to the professionals at PVS.

Does Professional Video Services view the images on the Photo card?

No. Not unless our software indicates a problem.

Do you do anything to the card before it is returned back to me?

No. We do not modify or format the received digital media card. Our image recovery techniques are not harmful to your media card and do not require altering or writing to the card physically.

Can I reuse the damaged media-card once it is returned?

 In most cases your card can be used again. We recommend you format the card in the camera you are going to use it in once it is returned to you.

 For best results, you should never delete images or format your photo cards using your computer. Doing so can cause your card files to be corrupted and images to be lost.

*We recommend that you always use the camera that the card is being used in to delete photos and format your card.

Billing: How am I billed for services?

1) Send in media/card to us along with your name, address and e-mail.

 2) If a successful recovery is achieved, we will send you a payment request e-mail using the e-mail on your letter. You will have the option to pay via check or any major credit card. Paying by check takes longer as we need to wait for the check to arrive before shipping back your media and recovered images.

How much does digital image recovery cost?
